I got my period on sun and yesturday (tuesday) it was gone. My breasts hurt, im reallly really tired, and not really hungry and oh did i say tired, my stomach also hurts and ive been feelin kinda weak and dizzy could i be pregnant? I also started having some spotting today just enough to notice when i wipe and i ate and got really bad diarrhea and stomach pains, and i have a headache im feeling better now just weak and tired and kinda dizzy.

Yes you could be. You could also have chronic diarehhea. But I am not a doctor so I would not know.

I didn't even read your question, to be honest.
If you've had sex. Then there's a chance you could be pregnant. Go to a doctor. Planned parenthood will tell you for free. Or take an at home pregnancy test.
Yahoo won't be able to tell you weather or not you're pregnant. Regardelss of all these "symtoms" and regardless of a period or missing period. Only a doctor will be able to tell you for sure.

You may just be run down and a bit ill.
The only thing I can suggest is for you to do a pregnancy test.
If it comes back negative and you are still experiencing these symptoms, then see your doctor.
