After semen is ejaculated into the vagina, it can either travel farther up into the vagina, through the cervix, and then up the fallopian tubes, or drip out. Most of it will drip out when a woman stands up. Semen that remains in the body will carry sperm that can survive for approximately three to seven days. If a woman is trying to get pregnant, she should not stand up for at least 20 minutes after intercourse.

NO, the sperm does not leak out. The fluid that the sperm is in leaks out, but the sperm stays inside of you. The sperm have to have a way to get in you, and that is through the liquid that comes out with ejaculation. If the sperm leaked out, then we would all have to stand on our heads to get pregnant! Good luck!

Hey there I am also ttc, and there a positions that are best for when ttc. These are woman laying at the bottom, or side my side or the 'doggy' as such! These positions are better of ttc though having sex in any position direction length bla bla! can make you pregnant. However the positions that I have just mentioned are better because of gravity.
Also they say try laying with your hips up in the air 20-30 mins after having sex.
Sperm does leak out, as it has to at some point! remember theres millions and millions of them so you wouldn't have to worry too much!!
Good luck in trying and remember have fun doing so!!!!

First, if you're having sex, which im assuming you are , you should always use protection.
but to your question, sperm does leak out. Most of the time it does, even if it's the slightest bit.

it's gotta go somewhere and one way is out. the woman will leak. that's why it's recommended that both partners actually urinate before and after intercourse.
