Question about the movie Employee of the Month?

so i watched them movie recently and i was wondering about that mini motorcycle he has. does any1 know if something like that exists and how much it costs and if it can go as fast as he was going? i link would be nice :P

They are called pocket rockets and my friend got hers for $400-$500. And yes they do go that fast.
