Everyone is morally correct, but I'm not sure they all understood the basis of your question, which was medical experiments done on helpless concentration-camp prisoners during WWII.
It would not be wrong to use the knowledge so gained, but it would be right to punish those who gained it.

If we as a whole disagree with having prisoners of war...then the only appropriate answer to this ? would be yes it would be wrong to use knowledge that you came by because of illegal/immoral activity....
However being a cancer survivor would cause me to think that I would want the cure regardless of how we got it....
I know lots of labs pay for people to do trial runs on med's etc if they have the disease that is being researched...and many people choose to do this as a way to not only help with a cure for themselves but also to help others further down the line...
So i don't see a purpose in using prisoners of war as guinea pigs..

I believe it would be somewhat unethical...I have read that some of the experiments that were done on prisoners in Nazi concentration camps lead to the improvements in aviation.......also that there were other experiments that when further researched after the war assisted the medical field in their understanding of what happens to the human body when it freezes, is submerged in very cold water etc......so the unethical treatment of those people helped in the understanding of other human trajedy at a later time.and with that lives have been saved.....Strange but true...

During a famine, I steal some cows and make steaks out of them, and that's why I don't die from starvation. After the famine is over, you have an accident. You will need to be rescued or else you will die. I offer to help you, but warn you that I survived the famine by rustling cattle. Do you refuse my aid because I've been a thief?

In the first place, prisoners are humans like us.
With their consent for experiment it is nothing wrong.
But without their knowledge or acceptance, it is kind of torcher or cruelity, no matter whatsoever type of experiment it may be.

Cancer is good for the species. And, there is already a cure for cancer. Treatment is so much more profitable.

How would you like to be that human guinea pig?
This is a question of ethics and morality. Not philosophy.

IT'S ILLEGAL TO USE PRISONERS AS TEST TUBE..
COURSE bushy and cheney don't give a hoot- BUT ITS STILLS ILLEGAL AND BOTH SHOULD BE TRIED FOR WAR CRIMES.
IMPEACHED AND IMPRISONED.
WOULD IT BE WRONG TO USE THE KNOWLEDGE--..DOES EVIL JUSTIFY GOOD>
AS JOSEPH TOLD HIS BROTHERS IN BOOK OF GENESIS AFTER THEY SOLD HIM INTO SLAVERY--- YOU MEANT IT FOR EVIL BUT GOD MEANT IT FOR GOOD.
SOME PEOPLE LIKE NAZI SAW GOOD IN EVIL--
SOME PEOPLE SAW GOOD IN SLAVERY..
bushy and cheney saw good in torture prisons
yet SENATOR McCAIN HIMSELF WAS A PRISONER OF WAR FOR SIX YEARS AND TORTURED.
JUDGE FOR YOURSELF...
SOME DORK DRUNK PREZ AND DRUNK VP WE GOT.
