Either you need to reload Windows (most likely), or your floppy drive has gone bad (second most likely). The only thing besides those two that could have happened is that the floppy drive controller on your motherboard has gone bad; but that's extremely rare.

There must have been a loose contact with your floppy drive or in that system configuration i.e when you switch on your computer and press that del key in that your floppy drive command must have been changed. So try that out too...
