Well fish isnt harmful, the bones are though!

And any meat must be cooked properly!

You should not need to give anything but very finely mashed or blended food, food in jars is a little expensive at times, so just get a baby food blender from a good shop (boots) and blend your meals up to suit your baby.

No wheat or gluten products and no salt though! Mix small amounts of formula milk into the food to add vitamins and make the mixture softer.

my little one is the same age and has been having both meat and fish for a while now....cook it very well and mash it down with her dinner, chicken is good. They may not have any teeth but you will be surprised at what they can eat, mine eats fish fingers on her own and loves them.

I used to eat big slices of roast beef as a baby and I didn't have any teeth, my Mum said I loved it. She said I didn't have any problems at all.

Yes, just mince them. Their gums are very hard you know and chewing will actually help the teeth come through.
