I don't watch TV, i just download or rent entire series and watch them from start to finish, but I can't find a new series to watch... can anyone suggest a good one?
Here are some series I liked:
Arrested Development
Six Feet Under
Big Love
Dead like Me
Scrubs
Weeds
TV shows i didn't like:
Sapranos (to much violence)
the OC (just crap)
Lost (could probably get into it, but ep.1 was a little gory)
Heroes (crap)
CSI, SVU, any other crimescene lawcase doowacky

Hi-You might like "Men in Trees"-it's about a woman who is a relationship writer and goes up to a small town, full of charming quirky characters, in Alaska (actually filmed in Canada),
The real reason I am here, however, is to ask you more about your road trip up the West Coast and you don't have e-mail access so this was the only way to reach you. I wondered what year you took the trip (gas prices have dramatically risen). And how much time you spent doing it. Places you stayed a long the way, etc. Thanks.

well if the only thing you didn't like about the saprano's was to much violence Black Donnelly's is a toned down version in some ways and i think much better.
also i'd try band of brother's

If you can get past the first episode, you really should try watching LOST.
