If you get a Violation and it clearly isn't a violation you keep appealing it day after day and about the 4th day you should get it overturned and restored.
The way I do it is I hit the Contact Customer care link and start in the Subject Line with : I recived this Violation In Error
Then I go back and copy the question and paste it in the new mail and give a solid reason why you feel it isn't a violation.
Save it as a Draft... then each day send from the draft the same thing over & over.

We need to pass legislation to penalize biased reporting and outright lies in the media like we do if politicians lie. They seem to think "freedom of the press" means pick & choose what to report and how to convey the opinion of the corporation.

like one that listens to the legit reports, like the dick and the butthole pictures that i have to keep reporting. you can report as many times as you want on the same picture.fyi

Just one but peolpe don't listern .Reporters as humanbeings have their own hidden agendas.As result we get one side of the story sometimes .

I think its fallen on deaf ears again...... I got one this morning for answering a question..... i didnt insult anyone or anything else i just said 'yes, simple as, that will happen'.... wish i had insulted now and got my moneys worth lol
