I have a printer, HP 2410 Photosmart. Would it be good if I use to print greeting cards?

I usually use linen paper. Is it ok? What is the average weigh for a paper to make good greeting cards ?
To print greeting cards, which printer do better result? inkjet or laser? and do u have suggestion of what type?

Read the booklet that came with your printer, as to paper types.
I use cardstock in my inkjet, and they turn out fine. I have nothing to compare it with, but I'm happy with the results.
