I would ask your Midwife before taking anything at all.
I had flu whilst pregnant and I made my own Flu Drink.
Just take Lemonade (traditional is nicest) a spoonful of Honey, warm it in the microwave and then mix together. I then added a soluble Paracetamol.
Its really tasty and i give it to my kids now when they have flu!!

I feel for you - I'm still getting over my second cold in four weeks!
Steaming your face over a bowl of hot water can help with congestion. I also used the cooling headache strips that you can buy from Boots which seemed to help. The odd paracetamol is OK, but avoid taking too many. Hot orange squash with honey also made me feel better - as I could pretend it was a Lemsip.
Get yourself tucked on on the sofa with a duvet and watch daytime TV.

All you can take is paracetamol when pregnant. my advise is to stock up on homemade honey and lemon and fresh fruits and veggies, help your immune system fight back! use boiling water in a bowl and a cloth over your head to help with the congestion.
oh and take it easy, you have an excellent excuse ;)

It is best to always consult your doctor in situations such as this.
You don't want to potentially take anything that you or your fetus will have a reaction to.
