I am working my ideal job, I am self employed and I market a health product that is literally changing people's lives. There is nothing more rewarding than having people come back to me and thank me for helping them with a health issue that medicine could not address. Others call me to tell me about their increased energy, or how they are finally sleeping through the night, their arthritis is non-existent, etc. etc.
I also help people change their lives financially and do things they never thought they could do!
To me, that is the perfect job
As for the boss....I might be biased but I think she's awesome! lol

I want a hot boss very attractive sexy etc. My job would have to be either modeling or being in the entertainment or music industry. They make a lot of monney
