if i had sex on Saturday (17.03.07), can I do a blood test today...and will it be accurate?
im not sure about my whole ovulation system thing

A blood test will show if you are pregnant 7 days following conception.
But then you got to think sperm can live inside you for up to 7 days so even though you had sex on saturday you might have not gotten pregnant until tuesday.
I would go in for a blood test around the 27th.

It takes at 5-10 days for a fertilized egg to reach the uterus and implant into the wall of said uterus.
At this point the chances of an accurate blood test would be almost non existant.
If you want a blood test, you should probably wait at least another week.

it takes 15 days for your body to start producing the horomones and chemicals neccessary for a test to pick up
