In the Movie Home Alone (I don't know which Part it is..)?

What did the old lady give to the kid or the little boy to remind him that she will always be with him...? Something that the lady give to the kid?? What is it? A friend gave to me as a Trivia.. Appreciate your answer. Thanks

In Home Alone 2 Kevin gives the bird lady one of the two turtledoves that the toy shop owner gave to him.

The kid gave them to her, not the other way round. It was a pair of turtledoves. He kept one and gave her the other.
