If you're paranoid, try getting in touch with your doctor about having an amnio [short for 'amniocentesis', but most people find 'amnio' easier to pronounce] performed. They remove a sample of amniotic fluid with a needle and screen for chromosomal abnormalities. There are still birth defects that might exist without being caught by this test, but it helps put a lot of people's minds at ease.

The first thing you need is prenatal counseling. Set up an appointment with a doctor/midwife to discuss what to expect during a normal pregnancy and how abnormalities can be detected. There are a lot of genetic abnormalities that can occur during the first trimester of pregnancy so be sure to take care of yourself, eat healthy and take vitamins to prevent things like spina bifida from occurring.

Eunuchs normally opt to have their nuts removed - I am not sure you can be born one LOL

I can't imagine why you are fretting about this unless you are planning to conceive with a very close family member.
