Click on the forgot password link you will have to know her user name, & answer all the security questions correctly . I haven't forgot my password in a long time, so I'm really not sure how hard it is anymore, but it worked when I forgot it last time,If that doesn't work I don't know what to tell you. Why do you need to get into her email account anyway??

You'll need to get a lawyer. It will become a legal process in which you will have to go through the court system and battle with Yahoo to access this information.
