Don't go out with your friends that are smoking.. stay at home and don't think about it.. if you still cannot go out and play game with someone go. so that when you reach home you feel that you want to sleep then this is the whole day you never smoke..!!! BTW are you 18 years old? If you are not 18, and your mother and father don't like smoking then you also can go out with them.. so that you won't have time for smoking... =X

I smoked Pall Mall non filters for decades!
Quiting smoking was the hardest thing I have ever done out of the military!
The way I did it was to figure out Nicotine gum does not work, at least for me! I also figured out patches do not work unless, and this is how I stopped.
I picked a patch that you took off at night as you don't smoke at night.
The first week or two you will find yourself automatically reaching for a cigarette.
I took the maximum dosage on a patch for 3 times the recommended schedule!
The 2nd strength I did the same.
When I began using the lowest strength I never finished the 2 week supply!
You have to want to and you have to pick a date. When you get an Urge find something to do or think about how nasty your clothes smell, how brown everything in your house is from you computer, and even inside, to your walls. How you feel in the morning with and without. It is nice to awake and not start hacking, or fall asleep with a lit cigarette in your hand!
One of my biggest surprises I think was the extend it penetrates wallpaper, rugs and plastic.
My biggest surprise was that I found out there was no such thing as fresh smoke, it is all stale! I also found I could not stay long in smoke filled places as I could not breathe!

The best way to quit is cold turkey....After about 3 days you will not have the cravings as strong...You will find that it gets easier as the days pass....I smoked for 7 years and that was the only way that I was going to stop. It is a very nasty habit but, you are going ot need very strong will power...I started eating Sunflower Seeds also....but get the ones that don't have salt, it will start to irritate the inside of your mouth....Good Luck.
