I guess it depends on what you mean by that. If you mean literal dreams then those come true most of the time. I usually dream about things and then they happen within a week or so. As for as my dreams for myself and my future and what I would like to happen, then I guess those never come true :( I've probably just stopped trying to make good things happen. Mind over matter and all that.

Depends on what the dream is, if it's to make my parents and friends happy then it will often come true. If it is a DVD or thing like that then I have to work hard for it and sometime if I word hard for them I still mite not able to get them.

Most of my dreams couldn't come true with out serously redifining reality. However I do have some prophetic ones now and again... usaly about pointless stuff though, like talking to a friend or playing a game.

often enough-- i never have outrageous, unrealistic dreams, or dreams that would be pretty hard or impossible for me to achieve... i set my dreams in reach, and therefore they do often come true. of course i have those long term, probably won't happen dreams, and of course i'm still waiting for those to come true. (:
