Those are red-claw crabs, sesarma bidens. They are a freshwater crab from southeast Asia. The ones in the pet trade generally come from Thailand or Malaysia.

If you keep one as a pet, it will try to escape. Make sure the tank lid is secure at all times. They need filtered water and temperatures around 75-78 degrees (a little variance is okay).

Petco also sometimes carries a species of freshwater fiddler crabs, but these aren't as easily kept as the red claw crabs.
