Doing art is my dream job. It's taken many years, but I am finally able to work as many hours doing art as I want. We can have what we want. But it takes time and dedication, and making choices we don't always want to make.
It's difficult to make a living for long just doing art. Many artists find teaching art is very rewarding, and pays the bills. It's also possible to become a graphic artist, or work in advertizing.
