family guy by far. the simpsons used to be the best. but family guy beat it out with its more edgy humor. thats the only reason it beat it out . and because it continues with it it went places the simpsons wouldnt dare to go. simpsons gets points for its classicness. but hands down family guy.

I like the Simpsons better. Family Guy was really good when it was first on, but ever since it's come back there's just something that's kinda annoying about it now. I'll still watch it, I just don't care if I miss it. Of course, the Simpsons has gone downhill too, but if I had to choose one or the other it'd still be the Simpsons.

Out of the two you mention - Simpsons. I have never watched family guy.
My favourite cartoons are Tom and Jerry and the Pink Panther. I think this is because they are the first cartoons I was exposed to when growing up, and they are very simple and yet very funny.

The rest of the family members are just buffers, but they still help. A little dose of Quagmire here and there is great too. I love that show!!!!
