I personally will answer any respectable question, which I can.
But, other individuals may choose not to answer "certain" questions if they are perhaps exhibiting passive-aggressiveness towards the questioner.
Would the questioner know? Yes...the answerer would make certain of this, no matter how seemingly benign.

Well, before last week, I would have said that I have to use my answers sparingly as there are limits to how many questions you can answer in a day. But now that I am level 5, and my answers are unlimited, I guess I have to come up with a better excuse.

Some questions i just don't understand it or can't think of a good answer. that's why i don't answer certain questions.

I don't answer them because I either don't know the answer,don't understand the question,or too many people have already answered it before I saw it.
