Beyonce is more famous because she's still in the industry. She has released an album, and done 2 movies in the past couple of years. J.Lo hasn't done anything lately that I can think of. Moreover, Beyonce is young, and she's loved and known by everyone.

I think Beyonce´ is more famous for a younger, hip generation while J.Lo (being much older) is famous for older ppl I guess. I dunno. Besides she's chilled now, hasn't being doing much.
