Yes you are.

To lose your virginity you have to have penetrative vaginal sex with a male.

Women who have never had sex with a man are virgins wether they have broken their hymens through other activities or not.

Similarly, a man who has never had penetrative vaginal sex with a woman is also a virgin wether he has had anal sex with another man or not.

Obviously you are sexuallly active but you are technically a virgin. Many women who have only slept with women don't actualy consider themselves to be virgins because they are sexually experienced so I understand how you may have been confused.

Hope this cleared a few things up for you.

It really depends upon your definition. In theory, a virgin is a woman who has not yet had intercourse with a man and who still is "intact" so to speak. So according to that theory, you could sleep with a cheerleading squad and still be a virgin. If your definition of virgin is someone who has never had sexual relations of any kind, then in theory you are not a virgin. But here's a tip. Dont worry about it. Being a virgin or not is about as important as a flea on a cow's *** when you drive by the cow at seventy MPH. It just doesnt matter. Enjoy your relations with other people as much as you can. And stop worrying about if it's right, wrong or indifferent.

No. You wouldn't be a virgin. In spite of the Ignorance of what seems to be the majority of the answers, sexual activity means you aren't a virgin. The hymen can be broken in the way you described, through athletics or even bicycles, and has nothing to do with actual virginity.

The old sex rules or gone. In america they died when american feminism kicked in, the gay rights movement started, when gender roles became more vague, etc, etc. The old "a woman is a virgin until she gets penetrated by a guy because straight missionary sex is the only way" bulls*** is gone. Say goodbye. Having sex is having sex is having sex, no matter the position or the partners. Giving yourself to another woman is still putting an end to your virgin purity. Hope this clears things up for you.

Well, what defines virginity by old terms is not having had real sex.

In this case you should probably say you are no longer a virgin for any other lesbian relations, but if you by any chance ever date a man or if it's a health/doctor/physical related quesion you should probably state that you have never had sex with a man, hence are what a traditional virgin is.

Well it all depends on how you look at things. If you have penetrative sex in any fashion, fingers, toys penis etc and it breaks the hymen of your vagina, then yes you will have lost your virginity.
If you go to bed with her and you don't have penetrative sex of any kind then you will still be a virgin in the physical sense of the word.

Sleep with me first and then you can sleep with your girlfriend. In this way you won't have to worry any more if you'll still be a virgin. Because you won't be. And after sleeping with me, you will never even want to sleep with anyone else!!
