Which of the Democratic candidates do you hate the most? I am kind of curious because I want to help elect the one that you guys really don't like.

Is it "Man eating b*tch Hillary?"
"Scary Black Man with a degree from Harvard Obama?"
or "Hippy Good Ole' Boy Edwards"?

Please only comment if you support the War on Iraq and you think Bush is a really swell President.

Sure KDog, you can come to my home town, which is Oakland California and hold a sign that says "I love President Bush and support the Iraq War" and I will hold up my sign and we will see who lasts longer.

LOL.

Perhaps you had not realized this, but War supporters are not "my friends."

I think I read this somewhere once:

As the flattery of friends corrupts, so often do the taunts of enemies instruct. -- Augustine, "Confessions,"

Have you read that Saddam was trying to appear as though he had weapons of mass destruction, because he thought that would deter his enemies (us) from overthrowing him? It's been in the newspapers this week...I guess that didn't work out too well for him. Or us.

I was against going to war when we did it, because we did not have a large/broad enough coalition, we already had Iraq surrounded and 2/3 of his country was a no-fly zone. I feel that the ensuing occupation has been poorly handled, poorly planned, etc.

but

as Colin Powell said, "You break it, you bought it." Well, we broke it, and we are buying it. The price in American blood is high. Our greatest treasure, our loyal soldiers, are dying and being maimed and scarred for life. I will not make light of that.

but

In almost 15 years in Vietnam, we lost about 58,000 soldiers, mostly draftees. In less than three years in Korea we lost about 27,000 soldiers, mostly draftees. Losing 3000+ volunteer soldiers in Iraq is horrible, every life is precious.

but

It could be worse. It is what it is. Bush is doing his best---I didn't vote for him, and I did vote. But he is not evil. He's just not the right man for the job.

There are more than three Democrats running for President. There is a really good governor from New Mexico---ever hear of him? Gore, too, would be better than Obama/Edwards. Is he gonna run? What do you think?

You really should read more....good luck

I believe that the President is doing what he feels is right. I have family there as well, and they've managed to stay alive by putting family members back home aside and concentrating...but they're special forces. They agree with the President and things are getting better. But according to them, the media is playing this entire war their own way and not showing the right action...only the worst of things. They said "The media has a death wish on them.' That was not a good thing to hear from them. They also said that the Anti-War protests going on in the U.S. is making a bad impression. They feel that since the country cannot stick together, it's making people there think that we're too divided and do not have enough confidence or guts to finish this thing out. It's also obvious to them that the Congress is now only making things worse by trying to put timelines on everything. It's restricting their movements when they should be going forward.

I just don't like any of the Dems that are running and I don't trust Hillary. We don't need a woman who cannot decide on health care issues or energy, let alone fight terrorism. I cannot imagine what her response would have been on 9/11. And I'm making a prediction that when this election is over and if she does not make senator again, that her and BC will divorce. She's making a mint off that book she wrote and if I were a senator, running for President, I sure as H would not tell the world what being married to her husband is like. Scheeshhhh.

I'm just wondering if you saw this You Tube video of her. It's been a big controversy, but this one is about 5 minutes. It's not only sad, but very mixed and frankly rather scary. Give it a look when you have a moment to spare.

While I was against the war and going to war i am for the occupation. The war ended when the Iraq government was overthrown. We even declared victory, but since we still had soldiers over there and people dieing Americans got confused. This is why the went back to calling it a war. Since we did go in it is now our responsibility to clean up our mess, though I disagree with our methods.

So I am sort of a war supporter.

I would say the one i dislike the most is Hillary Clinton.

The reason is not just is she a blatant liar, but she does it in a way that insults people intelligence. She says she has always been against the war and that at the time if she was the president we would not have gone to war, but when congress voted on the bill that sent us to war not just did she vote for it she gave a long speech on why would should go to war. I mean at least she could say something that seems like the truth like the reason she supported it at the time was because she was lied to like most the other politicians, but no she doesn’t even make the effort to use a half convincing lie. Sure the American people are two dumb to notice but come on that is just lazy and insulting.

Since she sent us to war voting for her would be sort of hypocritical if you don't support it.

I like some things that Bush has done but not all. I hate war, but I see the importance of protecting the right for people to be free from terrorism. If we let the radical Islamic fundamentalists get hold of Iraq's oil they will be able to really screw with us and the world. If it's the deaths you are so much against at least our military is fighting for a just cause. I hate his lack of spine in handling illegal immigration. In the four years the war has been going on their have been more Americans killed here at home by illegals committing crimes then in Iraq. Vote for who wish, I just couldn't say who is worse they are all for higher taxes and amnesty for illegal immigrants. And all three voted against having English as our national language. So if you are anti American and want the U.S. to become a 3rd world nation by all means vote liberal lol. I just can't do it in all good couscous. I love this country even with all it's faults, and will always have respect for the presidency but not always who is president. Take a look at what Ron Paul has to say.

The Americans, the Europeans, and even the Israelis really don't know what it is all about, do they? During the last generation, hundreds of thousands of children have been taught all over the Muslim world in madrass schools to become martyrs for Allah in order to kill the infidels.

These youngsters not only are ready to do it, but are actually in the process of doing it. Bombs are going off all over the world killing and maiming thousands of people, not only on 9/11 in the U.S., in London, Madrid and Bali, but in Africa, India, Bangladesh, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and many other places. The first signs of the Islamic tsunami are already here, but the West doesn't understand, or doesn't want to understand what is coming.

The Americans, instead of realizing that this is as bad as World War Two, or even worse, are going to pull out of Iraq, handing it over to Iran on a silver platter. Next may come the Saudis and the rest of the Gulf states.

When dirty bombs go off all over Western towns, who is going to stop the Iranians?

None of them scare me...but I'd rather have my bowels ripped out by ravenous jackals than vote for Hillary.
I'm actually kind of impressed by Obama, but he needs to be careful with all that support from Hollywood. They're the ones who made Wesley Clarke's campaign hit the skids.
As for Edwards, he couldn't even get re-elected for the senate.
I don't think Bush is "swell," but I think he's the man we needed after 9-11.

I support the war. I do not like bush.

Hillary scares me the most. She is a communist. Don't believe me? Read her websites and the communist party's web site. Make up your own mind.

You shouldn't vote at all. You have an extremely infantile view of an important topic. My suggestion is that you start reading and paying closer attention. If you go through life listening to your friends, you'll never learn a thing.
