Shop attendants who won't serve you because they're busy telling their friend about last nights 'Lost' on the phone
People who let their children run around, bump your table and scream at a nice restaurant

Your waiting in your car for the light to turn green and someone UN rolls the window and just throws garbage out your way. Not caring.
Makes you want to follow that car and throw garbage back in their window.
