Libraries pay for physical copies of the books they lend out. Websites that provide free access to complete books only provide access to works that are in the public domain, meaning the copyright for that work has expired or been waived (usually expired, because it is so old) - some academic materials are also sometimes available.

Moreover you can upload your other stuff as well if you want to share it with ppl on Internet.

click on this link http://www.kids-space.org/ and in the right side it will be written story book click monthly folk or original tales and then click on your continent or country and then start reading stories.
