No, you can not do B.Ed from any university because as per NCTE norms eligibility criteria for admission in B.Ed is 50% marks in graduation,
Remember NECTE is regulatory board/Council for teachers education in India.
Its wise you do your graduation again, may be you can do it in 1 year from Jamia Milia university.

U DIDNT MENTION THAT U GOT 45%IN UR M.A OR B.A .IF THIS IS UR M.A PERCENT THAN U CAN DO B.Ed AS SOME UNIVERSITIES REQUIRE POST GRADUATE %OF 45%.

according to the latest NCTE norms a candidate is only eligible to do B.Ed. if he has the following % in his graduation-
for general candidate-55%
for SC candidate-50%
for ST candidate-45%
if you belong to ST group then you can do B.Ed.

may be. with so many capitation colleges, you may get admission. but will you complete.
