always attack one at a time, like first make friends at the top level who is responsible for the job, see all the drawbacks of that person and goo qualities of that person, like wise see who are all in your team who's likes and dislikes and potentiality in their own work then forget what they are not able to do, what they are not good at, drawbacks, alltogether negative thoughts, think about only good aspects and strong points of your team and dedicate work according to person who is perfect in particular work, then see the wonder in a month,
occasionally have coffee with the unknown person in your hiraracy it will increase his motivate to work also. lot ot people come to work not for money, for job satisfaction, some achivement which they want to speak wholeheartedly in home, friends and above all with themselves. make the person to think abount something what you do.

always have a smile on your face
a smile can achieve lot more than frown, emotionally happy people can do wonder at work.

no body is perfect all have thoughts which are good and bad you have more thought about how to get work done than how to work.
