Have to disagree with you on Reagan -- he tripled the national debt in the space of only eight years. He also had one of the more corrupt administrations of the 20th century.

Would rank Lincoln and FDR among top 5. Wilson would rank lower; he was a racist who segregated the federal government.

Would probably say:

4. Washington
5. Truman
