how can i improve my communication skills in short time?

Please any body tell me, what is the short cut way to make my communication skills strong. I just wanna know, is there any site providing the stuff? which would be helpful for the persons such as me.

Practice ''Active Listening'' - clear your mind whenever someone is talking to you, give them the whole of your attention, and answer them quickly and precisely and positively.

Stop playing with the Internet, go out there and talk about anything under the sky with any stranger you feel comfortable in the streets out there. Be prepared to taken for a loony though.

u just keep in mind what other person who r master in communicatin skill, u should observe them and try to understand that how they r good in communication, when u understand him u will get result in ur favour.
