Hey, these names are brilliant for tattoos! Rose, Rosemary and Domino can all be represented by symbols rather than words, which should make the tattoo much easier to design.

Because of the symmetrical shape of the cross, I'd probably put that at the center, with either a wreath of roses - or, perhaps more imaginatively, a wreath of rosemary - around it. These would represent your grandma. Then I'd have the base of the cross resting on a heap of dominos. These would represent your grandpa.

Now, the name Linda, according to the link below, is derived from the German linde - a lime tree. So I think it would be really great to incorporate that, too. I think I would depict a lime tree growing behind the cross, with its leaves curling down around the sides, bringing the whole design together.

Alternatively, I might substitute the lime tree at the center in place of the cross, and instead incorporate the cross as a smaller symbol, perhaps sitting in the canopy of the lime tree. The lime tree could be growing on a bank of rosemary with dominos scattered around.

If you want to incorporate the actual names of your family members, you could always think about putting them into the trunk or roots or leaves of the tree.

Good luck and I hope this has given you some ideas!

you could start by drawing a cross on paper..than add the names around or in the cross to get an idea on how it looks....

you could have a rose vine going up the cross and along the vine the name of your grandma....on the horizontal part of the cross have your grandpa's and arching over the cross the name of your mom.....

or you could have the cross with a drape of cloth over the horizontal part and two of the names place on the sections of drape and the third name running vertical along the base of the cross....

just play around with it..when you get a basic idea of what you like and take it to a tattoo artist..make sure you check this person's work out to see if you like what they do...and they will be able to expand on your ideas........
