With socks
In fact I would suggest socks that grab peoples attention.
Example: long striped or dotted socks. or even two pair of socks. or socks that say something on the side.

Please wear socks. It's neve a good idea to go bare foot in any sneakers. Will cause them to be stinky later on.
Get some ankle socks. But don't do long socks. That'll look really tacky with capris.

The low socks that you can't see. Or whichever way your feet are more comfortable. I hate socks and shoe, unless it's flip-flops, you know, the really nice slippas, not the plastic or rubber ones.
