I dont understand either & honestly Im glad I dont because I feel that "if" I did I might be like them......people are cruel & it seems that inflicting harm on creatures weaker or smaller than themsleves gives them some sort of sick twisted kind of pleasure or feeling of power. Dont understand it but wish they coul dbe treated the way they treat others & animals.

I live in a very rural area and I do not know of any cases of poisoning animals that have not been pests. We poison rats, mice, bugs, and often the local boys will shoot a raccoons, foxes and possums, but all of these animals are killed because they harm our crops or animals. The rats and mice will eat feed that we have stored for our animals, this makes it hard on us and our animals if there is a feed shortage. Bugs are poisoned because they danmage crops. Raccoons, foxes and possums all eat most types of fowl. They also eat their eggs wich causes a big problem for us when we go out to the coop to look for eggs and find that the coop has been raided. I do belive that these animals deserve to live, but some animals have really caused problems being pests.

Because humans are foolish and greedy to take over the world(as if they haven't destroyed it already)!

However, some animals may not cause any harm, but are most likely a pest.
