i am search for hotel in kl with excellent city view from room, but daily budget is under 300 ringits. kindly suggest me

Try Traders Hotel, the rate is about RM 300.

try the Crowne Plaza in Bukit Bintang. I stayed there last year and I had a great view of the Petronas Towers.
The current rate is about RM312 including tax though. If you ask for a non-smoking room you will be on the 19th floor and sure of a great view.

I think,Dynasty Hotel will be suitable for u.It is near the Titiwangsa monorail station. So U can use LRT or Monorail when u go out.
