black or navy blue open toe pumps should be fine in Hawaii. In Boston or New York, I would advise closed toes. I would suggest nylons, but I would imagine you'd be fine without them.

Avoid socks and sandals....but seriously, If you are wearing a navy blue suit you need closed toe shoes.Since its a jacket with long sleeves the open toes just won't work. You also need nylons. Its very tacky not to wear nylons when you are doing an interview. Accessories (shoes belts purses) should always be of equal value or darker. So you need navy blue or black shoes. They should be at least as dark as the suit. If you want to go informal, ditch the suit and start over. Then you can wear the open toe shoes with no nylons.

If the skirt hits your knee or below there is no need for nylons, if its above your knees, wear nylons. BUT- if you wear open toe pumps absolutely do not wear nylons. personally I would go with a closed toe pointy pump in a patent leather. It would be hard to match navy to navy so a bone color would be nice or if the office isn't extremely normal it would be fun to wear a neutral colored shirt and some colorful pointy toe pumps like red or a more vibrant blue to add some pop to your outfit. Good luck with your interview! I'm sure you'll look fabulous!

Closed-toe, navy shoes to match your suit with no more than a 3 inch heel. Better with an even shorter heel.
Wear the nylons. Personally, I avoid them at most cost but in job interviews I err on the side of conservation in dressing. You can easily ditch them once you get the job.
Even for work at an informal place a stereotypically professional look for the interviews will help. It simply shows that you take the interview seriously.

The navy suit is a perfect choice for a formal interview. You're going to want to wear closed toed shoes though, and usually nylons as well. Black shoes would work but I prefer to wear navy shoes(so hard to find) or dark brown(which looks surprisingly good against the navy).
Even though Hawaii is informal (I lived there for 4 years and loved it), you still want to be better safe than sorry with your own business attire. You can always ditch the closed toed shoes and nylons after you wow them at the interview and are hired.
Good luck!

Personally I'd stick to closed toe. It's more formal and you don't have to worry about your toenail polish. Navy shoes are best but black is ok. If you have a flair for fashion you could try other colors but I don't recommend it for an interview. Wear nylons, it's just a one time thing and you can take them off right after.

Closed toe, navy pumps. Stockings optional. Skirt length should be mid-knee or just a wee bit longer. No low cut tops. A nice white or light blue button down or other collared blouse.

I think you should wear pumps, they're classy and very cool. But if it is warmer, open toes would look good too. It depends on the color. If the shirt you are wearing is white, then the shoes should match the shirt. So shoes match the shirt. Hope it works!

Depends on the position. You say it is a formal interview, therefore, I would stick to closed toed black pumps. You can still show some style with your choices, but it would really depend on the position and if a man or a woman is doing your interview!
