When it comes to love and action put into one anime series...that would be Daimos (Richard and Erika as Lead characters). I should say that it is the best. Although there are a lot of Animes that has these 2 elements such as Oh, My Goddess and Wedding Peach.

anime with all those category... hmm u my want to watch Tenjou Tenge. romance with a girl who falls in love with a dude that saw her naked. fantasy, the fighting they do is with powers like ninjas. As for action, the whole show is fighting and love craved chicks
