i have both of my nipples pierced and they are giving my problems.what should i do?

What problems are you talking about exactly. If its an infection I suggest you take them off and clean the infected areas and go to the doctors. If it's discomfort well I guess there's not much you can do about that unless it's the type of rings you have on. Go to the place where you got it done and ask them for suggestions.

Are you doing sea salt soaks? They are the best thing for piercings that are irritating you. If it is infected, don't take them out till they're fully healed or the infection will be trapped and you'll just make it worse.
