i woild like to do it any where so please provide me the universities which offer this course simultaneously and please let me know the cost of the course

To The US Air Force. You need hours of flight (many) to be a commercial pilot and the Air Force is a good way to earn those hours. Or buy yourself a jet and pay the expenses for about what you need which I think is about 600 hours

Embry Riddell University is probably the best school for that sort of program. Do a google search for their web site, as it would give you the information as to degree programs and costs.

Best choice: USAF Academy, but it's rather tough to get in. Number two on the list: ERAU. Main campus here in Daytona Beach, FL, and a branch campus in Prescott, AZ.
