home phone is for telemarketers to call you on and for those important people in your life ie.-school officials, job prospects, your current employer and the fbi cia and the local police
cell phones are protable and used to talk in public and then be shoved up the owners asses. Also good for having friends call while in line at the supermarket and your phone is on an obscene ringtone.
