4 yrs ago the most in demand gulf country is Kuwait since there was a lot of job vacancies most especially for the medical area ,and the salary is quite good. But nowadays, other countries like qattar and UAE are offering better job facilities, salary and additional allowances. It is better to apply in MOH hospitals because they will only offer maybe half of the salary in private hospitals.
