It could skip this month entirely, I was over a week late last month due to stress but I took a h.p.t got a negative result and i got my period a few days later, if your really worried you can see your doctor who can perform a blood test to determine pregnancy and give you something to deal with the stress.Good luck and best wishes.

Many factors, including stress, can delay your periods, and 3 days is not that long overdue. The only way you can really ensure regularity is by taking a birth control pill.

It's not unusual for stress, or a cold, or who-knows-why, to delay the start of a woman's period. Some women skip an entire month, or only have one every-other-month and it is perfectly normal.

mine has been delayed for up to two weeks. If you know for sure you are not preggers, then dont stress anymore over the period, it'll only make it worse. Just relax it'llcome soon enough. Dont't forget that february only had 28 days in it so that can change your cycle also.

From personal experience, stress use to make mine not even come for a month maybe two. Unless there is a chance you could be pregnant, dont worry about it. Relax or go buy some pretty brand new lily white panties and it will come.
