In folklore, Dwarfs come from ancient Europe and among these ancient peoples, were the Celt's.. Scotland is Celtic and so is Ireland and Wales...Is it any wonder that the Dwarfs speak Scottish.. Love and Light.. Blessed Be .. )O(
