I know what a dialogue is, but here's what I need to know. I am working with this agency and it looks like I'll be signed with them shortly, but they are asking me to send in a tape with a short monologue and dialogue. I have a monologue, but what am I supposed to do for a dialogue? Do I have another person with me doing it? HELP PLEASE!!

Yes, of course. But make sure that the person doing the dialogue with you isn't better than you. That's a trap anyone can fall into. Pick one of your peers who is pretty good but who you can hold your own with. Good luck.

Get the best actor you can to do the dialogue with you. It will only make you better.
