That's one of the worst punctuation challenges i've ever seen. The second poster had it right.
Tell your teacher to try this one, a little easier and less nonsensical:
That that is is that that is not is not is it not

John, whereas, James, had "had had," had had "had." Had he had "had had," he, too, would have been correct.
