I bought a cheap ring that I really like but it turns my finger green. It's coated with rhodium. Is there anything else BESIDES clear nail polish that I can use on the ring to stop my finger from turning green.

Go to a jewelry store that restores and ask them to dip it in silver to coat it..You can try....

a very thin layer of rubber cement. just make sure to let it dry BEFORE putting it back on. otherwise youll glue it to your finger.

I guess that's just the only way. If not, you can try going to those silver shops and get them to plate it for you.
