I can tell you this much. When Hillary Clinton was in the White House I got an answer from the Pentagon and her staff after contacting her. That is the only answer I have ever gotten from the White House.

I don't know if Hillary will write to you personally. Different politicians have different policies. For instance, Nancy Pelosi will not respond to messages from anyone outside of her district of California.
