Do you have an ultrasound photo? A friend of mine showed hers before she actually said anything. You could scan it in and email it to your mum!

-Make t-shirts with a personal message, and wrap it up.
-Write it in a card
-Give them different baby items, and put them in gift bags.
-Make a personal video
-Give them an ultra-sound picture
If none of these work for you, just think outside the box and be creative. They would love you no matter how you deliver the Big News to them.

he he he well, something cute to do to one person, would be to slip it in during a conversation and see if they notice and look at the look on their face! :-) like say, "man I have been so tired lately! Amazing how much energy pregnancy takes out of you. So did you see the news today?" lol have fun and congrats!

I am 12 weeks pregnant. When we find out what we are having, we are either gonna do M & M's (you can pick the color and what you want said on them) or do fortune cookies!

If you can mail her a parcel, there's a very good book out there called "The Good Granny Guide."
(_Not_ to suggest that yours might be anything but; I read it myself before passing it on to mine and thought it would be a good read even for experienced grannies.)
Just scribble your due date in the front cover, and post it off!

I called my sisters & called them Aunt first, & with your parents, you could always say something like "Hi Grand Mom & Grand Pop " or what ever they like to be called. Sometimes it takes a minute to sink in especially if it is not their first grandchild.
