The Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments only prohibit discrimination by government bodies. They do not apply to private organizations. It is within the rights of private organizations to discriminate on the basis of gender, race, national origin and religion. Your analysis is correct.
The only exception is that the 13th Amendment also prohibits racial discrimination by private organizations.
I wouldn't add any additional limits, because I believe that govt should stay out of commerce and allow the market to regulate itself. But, if the govt is going to impose limits, then it should ban all discrimination on race, gender, sexual orientation, national origin and religion.

It is not within their rights to do that. The ideals have been expanded by lawsuits and case law that these amendments cover all private employment. The Equal Opportunity Employment Commission enforces those standards.

There are however 'loopholes' that can allow this to be extended to private organisations Since, of course, almost all private organisatiosn would be unable to avoid being involved in interstate commerce.

i will sound like a bi+ch for asserting this... yet i think of you're actually not in love with ANY of them. you could not chop up love into 2... because of fact then, this is going to in no way be love anymore. to not point out, dividing it into 3? have you ever actually enjoyed absolutely everyone romantically formerly? in case you had... you may understand that loving somebody is something too previous magical for something like cheating to even happen. in case you certainly love any of them, you've gotten cared approximately THEM too plenty to have the two lied to them, or performed something that could harm their hearts. yet because of fact it form of looks such as you do not even love ANY of them... bypass on forward with what you're doing. you do not care approximately ethical... then why else must you supply a sh!t approximately karma, yeah? because you do in comparison to them...even while they do locate out, what can they do to you as nicely ending the relationship?
