It is safe and necessary to take all 3 antibiotics ONLY if they were prescribed to you because they each have been prescribed to treat each bacteria for each infection. I hope I didn't confuse you here is an example Antibiotic #1 treats apples Antibiotic#2 treats oranges they are both fruit but are totally different that is the same with bacteria they have specific antibiotics. And these conditions are usually sexually transmitted but sometimes women can get infections from other natural causes and worse cases scenario you could have both natural and sexually transmitted infections. And yes there can be serious complications it can cause sterility (Not able to have babies) and it would increase your chances for other disease like cervical cancer.... I am not trying to scare you but I want you to be aware because if you did get these infections sexually transmitted pray to God that this is all you have because antibiotics does not cure HIV/AIDS! Take all your medicine every pill take your pills the same time each day to keep your blood level up to make the pills work their best and if you forget to take a pill take it as soon as you realize it but DO NOT double your dose and do not drink while taking the pills and wait three days after you finish medicine to drink but hey, this only apply if you drink ...

There is something called PID that women get and it can be serious. It stands for Pelvic Inflammatory Disease and if a woman is getting three antibiotics for this or any infection then more than likely it is needed. A second opinion never hurts and I'm not sure what the other condition is unless you are talk about a STD and yes take the antibiotics and don't mess around - STD's are serious stuff - anybody that has this needs to remain celibate (NO SEX). Some STD's can render a person sterile so everyone should be careful who they have sex with, use protection but better yet remain celibate until marriage - or isn't that done anymore????
