kissing is way better than shaking hands with your g/f or b/f
so do more kissing than shaking.
To the point, for health it can improve your confindence , your body language would be much better.

Kissing can be both good and bad for your health. If it's a good kiss, it can release stress and can be very beneficial for your mental health, which in turn is good for your physical and overall health. However, if it is a bad kiss...or you are anxious or nervous about how well you are kissing, it can cause you more stress decreasing your mental health.
Also, kissing is a great way to spread viruses. This is a no brainer. But if it's the normal oral flora your worried about, there's nothing in thier mouth that isn't already in yours (except of course if they are sick) so it doesn't make sense to be worried about there "germs". You kiss just as many germs when you kiss there cheek. Hope this helps.

Kissing my old man is the best feeling in the world, I remember being so stressed out one time in my life and I was so tired and just feeling terrible, my man came over and he kissed me and all the pain and stress melted away in an instant, its a wonderful stress reliever...it works everytime...
